Oh, forgot to say here: I didn't do this, at least for now, but instead
kept the user-facing executable wrapper (and, implementation detail, the
real executable) in the same package as the init scripts like
quake*-server and openarena-server. Opinions on which is better?

For OpenJK, it would be a bit annoying to move the Jedi Academy
dedicated server into openjk-common, because it really depends on
jedi-academy-data, but openjk-common is also for Jedi Outcast; so it
would have to just have Recommends: game-data-packager (>= 38) or something.
