I'm not sure if this is the same problem, but for the last week or so
I've been getting an increasing number of packages showing as upgradable
that aren't being upgraded. It's up to 395 right now. They are mostly
KDE and LibreOffice related.
I don't have any packages marked as being held. I have no idea what is
