I use Libvirt from the command line, for virbr0 to be created
automatically I install: "libvirt-daemon-system virt-manager virtinst
libvirt-clients libvirt-doc libnss-libvirt"
With the PKGs that you installed, you are likely missing the networking
dependencies.
