You have showed the output of "ip link show" but not the output of "ip
route show".

It will almost certainly be enxce36b5aed86e though because:

1) It's the only interface that's up and not called "lo", and;

2) I happen to know that "enx…" tends to be what USB Ethernet interfaces
   look like (it has encoded the MAC address in the name) and I remember
   you saying it is a USB device.
