Brother MFC-L3730CDN not working with cups 2.4.10

I have get a Brother MFC-L3730CDN I have try to print via my central 
cups server running cups 2.4.10.
So I download and installed mfcl3730cdnpdrv-1.0.2-0.i386.deb from 
https://www.brother.de/support/mfc-l3730cdn/downloads

In the cups web interface I see that a testpage is send to the printer 
but the printer is still in energie save mode and nothing happens.

With cups 2.4.2 it works as enpected.

Can someone reproduce the problem?
