It's a fresh Trixie installation from scratch, I chose "Expert
install" menu entry and installed a base system then installed a my
customized list of packages.
Do your systems run Xorg instead of Wayland and they have "nouveau" as
GPU driver?
In the meantime I will try Debian 13 KDE live to check for a
configuration issue. Thanks anyway!
I tried the Live image, I can't reproduce the issue because, although
many settings I tried, the monitor never goes in standby.
You can probably force the issue with ddccontrol .
