This is something that your MUA (Mail reader) should do. It will be different for every MUA. I use mutt - that has got a 'bounce' command that works in much the same way as does 'forward'. Forwarding will make the email appear to come from you. It will also change the message body to say that the message was forwarded from xxx@yyy.
