The whole python3.11 is out of work. https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/python3.11 says: "package is gone" and "There are 5 open security issues in sid." "There are 2 open security issues in trixie." Further there are https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/python3.12 https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/python3.13 So python seems to be too agile for getting bugs fixed in its older versions.
