Hi, I'd like to report a bug, but I'm not sure what package the bug is in. The issue I am having is that when I run sound through my external soundcard (steinberg/yamaha), the sound is out of synch with video. If I run the sound straight to a tv, bypassing the soundcard, the issue is resolved.
