It actually received (RXed) 66 packets/2112 octets. So there /is/ some connection. Maybe you can't TX (transmit)?--Broken cable? Try tcpdump(8) (apt-get install tcpdump), or ethereal (apt-get install ethereal), double-check the other end's configuration, and possibly the firewalling rules?
