Is this to somehow mask the traffic? Deep Packet Inspection filters
evasion? Something else?
Notice that I also have legitimate torrent clients connecting from China
IPs who ID themselves properly,
download torrent chunks, correctly report download progress up to 100%
and disconnect,
just like normal client would do.
