But you can catch most of it. Even if "most" is possible it is not good enough. A thread of more recent vintage is at https://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2013/03/msg00012.html There is a technique (and an implementation of it) described which ensures list mails get to a list folder and CCs are deleted.
