OK -- to help debug that, could you please try the following: - - list the directory /etc/apache2/sites-enabled and make sure that there is an entry apache2-passenger-alias.conf there (and that this entry is a simlink to the file of the same name in /etc/apache2/sites-available)? - - show us the content of this file?
