It must have been very near the bottom. Last perhaps? I read through the list until I got to the one I wanted, which was very near the bottom. But I probably didn't read the one or two below it. Still, if it is there, it would be good if it were the default. I always avoid the actual default because it is so slow! Good point. If the redirector is not permanently available, what is the point of it? One is surely better off with a fast, near, high availability mirror? I suppose the answer is that newer mirrors might be even faster. But it might be worth having the redirector as default. (And I did look at the default, so I am sure that it wasn't.)
