We loaded Debian Wheezy on a machine a few hours ago and on two occasions out of five the boot process has ended abnormally. The first lines on the KVMoIP display are: Loading, please wait... Volume group "bigd-mach01" not found Skipping volume group bigd-mach01 These two errors were encountered while configuring for KVM testing. Several other OSs this past week did not have such problems, so we dismiss the possibility of a hardware failure as fairly small.
