Please set your line-wrapping to something around 72 characters.

You are using the Debian default installation kernel. The description
says:

This is a more compact version of the 2.2.20 kernel image; it is built
with less options enabled, and is originally packaged for the boot
floppies.

Switch to some other image like kernel-image-2.2.20. Use 

apt-cache search kernel-image 

to get a list and 

apt-cache show $packagename

to find out more about the packages.
