apt-cache show kde | grep ^Depends


then install all the packages it depends on (that are installable)

eg.

apt-get install fontconfig kde-core kde-amusements kdeaddons \
kdeadmin kdeartwork kdegraphics kdenetwork kdepim \
kdeutils koffice quanta
