My reply the LAU list: Look really interesting if one wants to play with the system at a low level. Might not be for the faint-of-heart. This requires kernel patches. Does anyone know how these effect/interfere with Ingo's RT patches which I assume we are all using? If anyone is playing with this, keep us all informed, and please post detailed descriptions of what you did and how. This utility is from Intel! I would hope they could publish more documentation than the little blurb on this site. To Debian Users: This is not just for audio but for file-system issues, graphics issues, etc. Since we have a "low-latency desktop" kernel option, such fine-tuning could be useful here too. Anyone have experience with this? Similar packages already in Debian? -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
