That device is for capturing video and audio (input), not outputting.
If you don't have video outputs, do you have a VGA output connector
on your laptop? If so, look into getting a scan converter, that
converts VGA out to composite or s-video out.

There are not VGA out from the computer, the only output is a RGB
(monitor) port. There are any converter from RGB port to s-video ??
