If u get full debian disk(2 DVDs), u can install them(binary & source)
from CD/DVD, get update in debian's pool. Most of time we use
netinst-disk so we install base system from CD/DVD & get others from
debian's pool. U can use aptitude or just apt-get to install some debian
package. It will download, install, & config automaticely according ur
configure in /etc/apt/source.list. U can choose fast mirrors to ur
computer, & here is the list.
