anyone have experience with this printer? its the first printer i bought in 10 years and i bought it because it was rated the best inkjet on linuxprinting.org
but ive had little success using it under debian sofar. closest i can get is installing cups from source and using a generic color driver which doesnt provide color support and gives real low(360x360) resolution(printer is capable of 2800xsomething dpi). im now trying it on freebsd 4.4 ..if i can get it to detect the parallel port on the system. been workin on it for about 3 hours now..running out of ideas. thanks. nate
