Worked perfectly for me
$ emacs /floppy/someenchanted.text
(type some stuff C-x C-s C-z)
$ ls /floppy
someenchanted.text
$ umount /floppy
Use smtp (shanks mare transfer protocol) to stick floppy in winbox
C:\> dir a:
SOMEEN~1 TEX 15 12-10-01 6:02a someenchanted.text
