I hope it's not too bad, but I've noticed my apt-get going to attain .deb from Potato, yet I've upgraded to testing.

Dselect goes to acquire from the proper directory (testing). My questions are:

How does this happen?
How do I make sure both packaging tools, or all for that matter, are acquiring from my designations and not past autoconfigurations?

I've tried apt-config, but it goes for the higher levels in the Debian directory tree, like contrib, main, non-US, etc. I need to change its hunt before that like testing, unstable, and potato, etc.

Thanks!
Mario
