I just installed Debian on my laptop, using the installation script, and during the process chose to install serial PPP followed by dummy PPP. Now Debian starts up with dummy PPP and I can't proceed with to update and download the rest of the packages via FTP using apt.
Could anyone be kind enough to tell this dummy what to do now :-( Thanks in advance, David
