You guys are good! Quick answers to my questions. So, of course, I have another one.
I find that after a period of inactivity in either root or a user account, I get logged off Enlightenment. (This is distinct from the screen blanker that activates after 10 minutes of inactivity, but which doesn't change the log in.) I am not sure whether this is a feature, or whether there is an intermittent error that causes me to get logged off, but I have not yet been logged off in the middle of work. This problem arises within X, as all that happens is that I am thrown back to the X-windows log-in screen. I.e., there doesn't appear to be any problem in X itself. I have looked through the enlightenment stuff and I can't find anything about an automatic log-off for inactivity. Of course, I suppose that this might come from the login manager rather than from the windowing system. In any case, do any of you have any suggestions about this? As always, thanks in advance for any help that you can give me. Larry Hunsicker -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
