Hopefully it does, since I just ordered it. Actually if you are going to pre-partition the drive, it should work just fine--version 3.0 does also. 3.0 won't allow you do change existing ext2 partitions, but you can move around any DOS/Windows partitions as you wish and create the new ones with cfdisk/fdisk as part of the installation process.
