Take a deep breath, I'm new to Linux. I'm trying to set up the svga x-server on my laptop, but I have no idea which monitor to choose and how to calculate the modelines. I've done this yesterday on my desktop and it worked, so I hope to have a basic understanding of what it's all about. But what "monitor" do you choose, when you are using a 12,1'' (800x600) TFT display?
