I am trying to copy the debian 2.0 linux files into a floppy so I can install from Floppy diskettes. I downloaded the files from:
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/stable/main/disks-i386/2.0.10_1998-07- 21/ I noticed to copy some of these files like: resc1440.bin, base14-?.bin, these files are greater than 145k. The size of a formated 1.44 floppy is 145k. How can you fit these files into a floppy for a floppy installation? Do I need to do a special type of format to fit these files into a floppy? thanks for all the help shane
