I was using 'apt-get -t unstable install cyrus21-common...' and these guys hopped on for the ride. Me thinks that my configuration uses all the "suggests"/"recommends" as well as the "requires" dependencies.
I didn't see anything in the man apt_preferences to restrict this, so I guess I should install via dpkg...
