Does Cyrus really have to *depend* on Zephyr, though? It's certainly an optional dependency upstream; I use Cyrus on FreeBSD at work and don't have Zephyr or Hesiod installed. Perhaps a softer dependency like Suggests or Recommends would be more appropriate.
