I don't know the details, unfortunately. All I know is that we get those in the bug tracking system, and I'd assumed they came from murphy, which runs postfix ... ... oh, wait, I see this in master's exim.conf: headers_add = "Delivered-To: ${local_part}${local_part_suffix}@${domain}" So maybe it doesn't come from postfix in the case I was thinking of.
