The multiple device driver is what you want. Load raid0 as a module,
install mdutils and read the documentation coming with it.

It's currently not possible to add more space/drives later on. There is a
just announced resizee2fs (or the like) utility that might help, but also
mdutils need to support this. It might be an option for the future, but
don't hold your breath.
