You need to understand the consequences of your change on exim in 
/etc/exim/exim.conf - in particular what qualified domain names you expect to 
receive mail on.  If this is not changing, I think you are probably OK 
(although you just might have to change things like 
receiver_unqualified_hosts=
and 
local_domains=
)

I this ssh will be fine (I have transported some of my key pairs to different 
machines and they still work).

Are you running a nameserver (such as bind) then you will have to change that 
to reflect your change.
