I have some programs I wish to run when X starts up. I tried putting these in my .xinitrc but I guess that is the wrong place since they are not being run. Where do I need to put these?
I would rather not put them in autostart because I want them to be run no matter which window manager I am running. An example program is xset s off Lance -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
