Regarding Jens Grivolla's <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> question about
clients that read MH folder formats, you have a couple options. You
have already listed the GUI clients that I know of that work with MH,
the best supported being sylpheed and exmh. My first suggestion is to
place bug or feature requests with the sylpheed developers. The second
suggestion is to consider using nmh directly or even mutt. I use both
depending upon my mood. If I need to digitally sign anything, I'll pop
into mutt. Quick scanning of messages is best done with the nmh
commandline tools.

If it's a GUI you need and you find a client you really like, think
about this workaround. Install UW-IMAPD and tcpwrapper it so that only
localhost can see it. UW-IMAPD understands the #mh namespaces, so you
can ready your MH folders over IMAP. There are very few GUI, CLI, or
curses MUA's that DON'T support IMAP.

A word of caution, however. The UW IMAPD team have announced that MH
support is only intended for legacy support only. You can reference the
IMAPD discussions in their listarchives for the details, but it stems
from how intricately MH format is tied to the filesystem. Regardless,
MH is support for now.

Good luck!
