¡Hola Maximiliano! Auto-Hide yes. Actually the effect I mean is always after a new start of the system. I login, KDE starts and the auto-hide Panel doesn't hide. Every time until I move the mouse over/near. Other occurances are possible for me as well, but I didn't look explicitly, as this regular one after the start is the annoying to me.
