Despite the problem is in libqt5core5a 5.6.0+dfsg-1, the rule is that qtchooser should have a "Breaks" against this package. The "affects" added in bug 825243 is unfortunately not sufficient to make the user aware of the bug because aptitude ignores it (see bug 825283).
