Hi, Today I had some a bit time for searching of possible root of this bug. And I have found similar bug report [1] for one of Qt4 based applications.
[1] https://github.com/git-cola/git-cola/issues/482 When I have killed all openjdk-7 applications, my problem was solved. Then I have replaced openjdk-7* packages to openjdk-8* packages and all is working fine during few hours. It looks that problem is in openjdk-7, but hey, why Qt5 based and Gtk+ based programs were working without any issues in the same conditions? I do not know what to do with this bug report further.
