This was to avoid breaking packages that needed the kde4 katepart but wrongly
depend on kate. The same was done for konsole and konsole4-kpart (yakuake and
kile still depend on konsole).

But it seems that it was not really needed for kate.

I'll drop the depends in the next upload.
