Hi, I did exactly that and indeed it did not work... I have 2 installations and both have the same issue with kmail... still I cannot see what's wrong with my settings, I've used them for years without problems... For info here is my setup, maybe you can spot a problem: I have 3 identities (1(default),2,3) corresponding to 3 outgoing accounts (1(default),2,3). Trying to select identities 2 or 3 to send/reply/forward through the corresponding account will fail and ask me for account 1 password and will send through it... Maybe I'll try to remove my settings and start again but I cannot do that for now... Thanks for your help! A.
