Unfortunately I face the same problem. It is also the reason why kdegraphics and kde4 packages cannot be properly installed. Aptitude says, "Unpacking kolourpaint4 (from .../kolourpaint4_4%3a4.0.84-1_i386.deb) ... dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/kolourpaint4_4%3a4.0.84-1_i386.deb (--unpack): trying to overwrite `/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/kolourpaint.svgz', which is alsoin package kolourpaint dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)".
