Hi!

This affects amd64 and XFCE too, not just arm64, not just LXQt.

I'm having the same problem with Lubuntu.
I found that installing "kglobalacceld" and starting it with:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/kglobalacceld
helps to start Yakuake without errors.
I hope this helps someone else too!

Many thanks Danijel, that helped!

For anyone having trouble to get kglobalacceld to auto-start in XFCE,
it takes enabling one checkbox…

- Main Menü
  - "Settings"
    - "Session and Startup"
      - Tab "Applications AutpStart"
        - Entry "Global Shortcuts"

…following by logging out and back in. You can check whether the service
is running by e.g. "ps x | grep kglobal".

Best

Sebastian
