Nothing in the KDE stack depends on zutty, so I'm not sure why it was
installed on your machine. In fact, nothing should pull in zutty
automatically.

The only thing I can think of right now is that zutty provides
"x-terminal-emulator", some package on your system depends on it and it
was installed because something else was removed. But without a terminal
output from apt, this is pure speculation.

I'm inclined to close this bug unless you can provide more info about
the process of your KDE installation as neither kde-plasma-desktop nor
any other package from the KDE stack pulls in zutty.
