It's not clear if it's necessary or not to restart X each time or not ... I have try like this but nothing more ... setxkbmap -option caps:shift seems to do nothing on my system ... not error message, no reaction ... nothing :o( Help needed ... better documentation may be or a package missing but ... need help please about this menu !
