I have installed KDM, Blackbox and Enlightenment E16. Blackbox automatically appears in the KDM menu options, but Enlightenment does not. There appears to be an enlightenment.desktop file in /usr/share/apps/kdm/sessions but no Enlightenment option on the KDM menu. The KDM documentation for KDE 3.4 says that WMs are autodetected, yet this documentation isn't clear for 3.3. Enlightenment window manager does work ok, as I can launch it from Blackbox for example. I am using the standard Debian Sarge/Testing packages.
