I see debian.org does "AMD64" as port name in the translation, but... I really
think we should
stay as close as possible to dpkgs output here.

Rationale:
1) We use »« for quoting for almost all German translations within Debian.
Seldomly „“ is used, but "" is never used (and wrong according to
German orthography)

2) The German word for „feature“ is „Funktionalität“. Even if you
would treat it as Terminus Technicus, you would at least need to
capitalize it.
Yeah, it was intended as "Terminus Technicus" and I just forgot to capitalize
it indeed.
But I could live with "Funktionalität."
As follow up, the gender of some words is adjusted („die
Funktionalität“ vs. probably „das Feature“)

3) Name (of persons, architctures etc.) are capitalized in German,
unless an explicit orthography is given, e.g. PostgreSQL.
See above.
4) The last paragraph is rather freely translated. I slightly adjusted
it to bring it a little closer to the English original.
I don't think a free translation is bad if it matches the sense, to be honest,
especially as (as in this case)
author of the english text and translation is the same person :-)
Merged anyway, since "dieses" is indeed better as "es" :-)
5) The 2nd change in the last paragraph should clarify the reference
(as it is in the English original): es → dies
OK.
So basically all merged except riscv64.
