This is not Ubuntu. But yeah, Debian also has that problem. And no, the dialogs
are disabled therefore - not broken ;). That is the exact point.

And since when does Ubuntu ship/care about KDE? I tought that was Kubuntus
job?

In any case, you didn't read this bug at all it seems. Because it is written
here in my first reply to this bug:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=752230#10

09:50 <_rene_> * WARNING : native KDE4 file pickers will be disabled at
runtime, Qt4 fixes
09:50 <_rene_> +needed
09:50 <_rene_> * WARNING :
https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-37380 (needed)
09:50 <_rene_> * WARNING :

09:50 <_rene_> * WARNING :
https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-38585 (recommended)

Since the Qt maintainers don't want to include this without being upstream
(which doesn't look as if it would happen anytime...)

Regards,

Rene
