You are. There's still the runtime checks. The KDE File picker is disabled until the patches get applied. Thus probably forever... ;-( The commit mentioned there ([1]) even says: fix KFileDialog crashes (fdo#69002) Requires Qt patches (or otherwise LO generic file dialog is used).
