Looking through the varius README files in the LO-dictionaries tarball I think the version available is 2.1. http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-openoffice/libreoffice-dictionaries.git/tree/dictionaries/da_DK Maybe you can find the way to update the dictionary that libreoffice included.
