There's work in progress to create a libreoffice-dictionaries but that would simply ship what LibreOffice includes. (Cc'ed) Might that be uptodate or not. Best would be to find someone who packages it directly. Ideally from the source and not from a "binary" (.oxt) with a proper build system.
